Every Evaluation Is Individual

Each person’s needs, circumstances, and clinical history are unique, which means every evaluation is approached thoughtfully and individually.

The evaluation fee covers the time, professional assessment, and consultation process—not the automatic issuance of a letter.

If appropriate documentation is clinically indicated, the necessary ESA letter or letter of medical for a service animal necessity will be provided.

Approximately 45–60 minutes

Appointments are conducted virtually and are designed to provide a thoughtful clinical assessment of your needs, current circumstances, and whether appropriate documentation is indicated.

Investment

Evaluation Fee: $150

Payment is required prior to scheduling and covers the professional evaluation, consultation time, and clinical assessment process.

This fee is for the evaluation itself and does not guarantee that a letter will be written.

If appropriate documentation is clinically indicated, the necessary letter will be provided.
